Certain services, including strategy sessions and consulting calls, are available for purchase through third-party scheduling platforms (currently Calendly). By booking a paid session, you agree to the following:
Payment is due at the time of booking. All fees are listed at the time of scheduling and are charged in U.S. dollars.
Strategy Sessions (60 minutes): Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Intro Calls (15 minutes): Calls may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be rescheduled.
To reschedule or cancel, use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
One-hour strategy sessions are recorded with full transcription to ensure nothing discussed is lost. By booking a paid strategy session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings and transcriptions are shared only with session participants and are not published, distributed, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.
Fifteen-minute intro calls are not recorded.
