I Still Love the Work
In 1999, I got my first Gateway computer and connected to the internet through AOL dial-up.
Not long afterward, I went to work overnight technical support for a credit-card processing company. My job was to help keep the servers online and the payment-processing systems running.
It was an early education in infrastructure, uptime, and risk management. I learned how attackers targeted credit-card BINs, how quickly threats could develop, and how much businesses depended on systems most people never saw.
That experience became part of the foundation for everything that followed.
Since then, I’ve amassed a tremendous amount of knowledge, building websites, applications, platforms, AI solutions, and digital systems across industries and countries.
There is an immense amount left to learn. That may be what I love most about this work.
After 27 years, I remain curious, keep learning, and love what I do.

I’ve been fortunate to work across many industries and sectors. Every engagement has expanded my knowledge, but it has also reinforced something important: no two businesses operate exactly alike.
I listen for what is working, where things break down, how information moves, and what you want to accomplish. Then I bring 27 years of technical knowledge, AI strategy, systems thinking, architecture, and hands-on building experience to design the solution with you.
I do not arrive assuming I already know the answer. We discover it together.
